Please read through the following carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. FATFROG is an alcoholic drink produced by Cult Drinks Ltd.
Please note that any personal information provided to Cult Drinks Ltd by you is treated as confidential and we will not pass it on any other individuals, companies or organisations. Before placing your order, if you have any queries relating to the terms and conditions please email (email@example.com) and we will respond with an answer to your query as soon as possible.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the products once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered to you.
Cult Drinks Ltd, with its secure server, accepts Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal payment.
We currently deliver to all areas of ROI and Northern Ireland. We will add Mainland UK and Europe delivery as soon as we can!
Goods will be packed and shipped by An Post within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of full payment being received. Deliveries are usually made within 3-5 working days of your order being placed but may take slightly longer during very busy periods particularly November and December.
Delivery included on all orders to ROI & Northern Ireland.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Cancelling your order
Any cancellation of your order must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Normal returns policy will apply if the goods are unwanted.

Returns & exchanges
- If you have received a product that is faulty or defective, we will exchange the product for an identical replacement provided that you have notified us by email of the fault within 3 days of purchase and the product is returned to us within 14 days in its original packaging.
- If item(s) are inspected to have deliberately and intentionally been damaged, we cannot refund or exchange these orders. This also applies to falsified faulty products.
- If the fault was our mistake, you need to notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will refund the return postage to you if you send us a copy of the receipt. Then we will send a replacement on receipt of the returned item with no shipping cost to you.
- We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipment, if an item is returned to us damaged by the carrier; we will contact the customer as it is the customers’ responsibility to process a claim through the carrier and not Cult Drinks Ltd.
- Cult Drinks Ltd is not liable for damaged goods or lost goods during delivery or transit.
How to return
- You can return your item to us within 14 days of receipt of your ordered goods.
- All returned items must be unworn/unused and/or in their original packaging with original labels still attached. Items should be packed and sent back in their original box.
- Please email email@example.com to let us know that you are returning the goods.
- On receipt of the goods, if we find that they are not in the same condition as when shipped the goods will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Returning the goods is your responsibility until they reach us so we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning goods is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Cult Drinks Ltd.
- We will be very happy to process refunds on receipt of the goods as long as the above returns criteria have been met.

- For products with only one size (eg. glassware, tote bag, fish bowl, beanies)
- Exchanges will only be accepted on faulty products
- For products with multiple size options (clothing eg. t-shirts, hoodies)
- Exchanges will only be accepted on faulty products OR to exchange for an alternative size
- Please note that we are unable to accept items that have been previously exchanged or multiple returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method dependent on:
- All items being returned as per the outlined process above
- A valid reason for returning within these outlined guidelines
- Refunds take up to 5 working days to be back on your card.
- Refunds will be given on the price of purchased goods only.
- Postage costs on returned items will not be included in the refund.
- The customer must bear all costs of returning any goods to Cult Drinks Ltd and provide proof of delivery.
- Sale items are exempt from our exchanges and returns policy.
